On our way to Disneyland we took a detour to Pismo beach. It is legal to drive on the beach-- all we had to do was pay $5. I was a little worried that we might get stuck but I shouldn't have worried, behind us in line was a Honda. It was pretty thrilling being that close to the water in our Yukon.
